ASSU strike to continue as 80% of members voted continuity




It has been  gathered that no fewer than 80% of ASSU board members voted for the continuation of the strike. 
Speaking on the issue,  one of the ASSU board members stated that its because Federal Government has refuse to release the said fund ASSU is demanding  rather she choose to release half of it,  stating there is no money . but ASSU is hail bent on Federal government releasing the fund .
The money ASSU is demanding is 50billn according to one of the board members but the Federal government was able to release 25billn.
